Warranty

Treal products are under warranty against defects for thirty days from receiving the product.
In the event that you have a defective product, please email us with the below information:

  • Full name and email address
  • Purchase date and location (Proof of purchase is required)
  • Product part number
  • Picture or video of the defect
  • Brief description of the issue
 
If you do not include the above required information listed above, no warranty replacement consideration will take place.


After review of your claim and if we decide the part is defective, you will be provided with a replacement part or a full refund.
Please Note:
  • Products that are broken while in use are not considered defective
  • Products that are improperly installed are not covered in this warranty
  • Products that are altered during installation are not covered in this warranty
  • Discontinued products are not covered in this warranty
